Hey the theme is kinda ghetto rigged with parts taken from various themes. It's been a little while but I can remember using the "OSX Finder" add on for wibterboard and finding a osx background in Google. As for the keyboard shortcuts; they are all achieved using the app "Activator" and setting the corresponding keys and apps accordingly.
That theme is awesome.
