It depends on your climate [SVO wouldn't work in cold climates without a diesel mix], plus some fuel injection systems really doesn't like dealing with it. So the vehicle is a factor. You can add filters , heaters and water separation systems to your car/truck and run SVO with no issues, but running straight SVO is going to eventually cause issues with your vehicle.
I run biodiesel because I don't have to modify my truck. Repairs can get expensive and messy with an improper SVO setup.
Would biodiesel be safe in a 2005 chevy duramax I've heard it's not good for 2002 & up diesels

whats with this mixing of all these chemicals i just use straight vegetable oil and i have noproblems
i buy it new from the supermarket
cheaper then gas and just throw it in my tank
