  • wow, you can get four interpretive dancers for less than 99 bucks and still have enough money left over to buy all of that milk!? awesome.

  • my dance teacher is in this video!

    I love it.

    Such a cool song!

  • lol thats awesome

  • The hell?

  • thats sound that vid is better than the tune by far

  • just saw these guys as festival-totally brilliant!!

  • sounds like Devo. Me like. ^_^

  • catchy. I like it.

  • They have close the sound !

  • has a similar groove to the heads - not really my cup of milk to be honest - not bad for 99 bucks - maybe some girls in bikinis on a mk1 trans am?

  • wierd but interesting lol

  • Very trippy I like alot.

  • very very nice! like a weird mix between modest mouse and hadouken

  • sounds good reminds me of talking heads kinda

  • thanks for inviting me to check this out. It is reminiscint of the Talking Heads, except for David Byrne's voice. But still pretty close. I like it!!!! Nice job!!!!

  • Cool.

    Awesome, sounds good to me.

    Very creative.

    Brilliant.

  • yeah that was really cool

i especially liked when all of those windows were popping up and how the end was basically the beginning

overall this is a pretty fantastic video

  • I really like this!

  • Love it.This would make Devo proud,Wayne.

  • i can't remember where maybe a commercial, tv show, or movie only reason i caught it was because of the spiders in my mailbox part

  • oh! It's so trippy! junk, as in junk mail? the dancers look so freaky...

  • kinda busy, likea gnat on speep er

something and you made it for 99

bucks by slipping an ad at the end

the bad come ci come sa (terrible

    french)

  • i promised myself i wouldn't cry but just so much spilt milk

    p.s. haha couldn't help it

  • Ah theres no point....:P

  • tribal, 80ish and techno, translate to pretty cool, thanx for the invite

  • love this song! where can i find the lyrics?

  • It´s really nice I liked it! it´s interesting

  • very cool

  • A very interesting video/song. It seems like a unique blend of Baz Luhrmann directing/editing & Danny Elfman-esque music. Nicely Done.

  • i like it!

  • Reminds me of the talking heads. I love the rhythm of the line:

"Dont send me no note of confirmation, too much information, cancel my subscription"

  • Cool music . Would love to hear more from these artists. Overall the video was just disturbing enough to keep my interest. Not relly fond of the pop up aspect. It seemed to distract from the mood of the video. i think there could have been a much more effective idea for transition throughout.

  • nice

  • cool

  • I like your ideas. I think I would have liked to have seen a couple of musicians in the video juxtaposed with the spiders and pop-up ads. Just an idea.

  • Love this track! thanks for sharing

  • this Is cool!!!

  • this is cool!!!

  • wow love the song it's great, and the video was genius

  • Wow! Im sorry I didn't comment sooner. This is great! :D

I think you guys, both the band and the director, have some definite pontetial. I wouldn't be surprised if each of you got your own wikipedia page, unless you guys already got one. Five stars!

  • Cool Sound! Thanks for the 411, Come to Chicago! We'd love to see you @ Metro!

  • I'm so glad you sent me a message about this. The music is excellent, and the video is a good match for the music. Many thanks again.

  • Way cool, thanks for inviting me. You have talent, and you are sure to go places, good luck.

  • good

  • i like how they sound

    remind me of robots[:

    kool song

    gewd job[:

  • Ah c'est bon!

    Bonne toune!

  • cool song cool video. i like. 4/5

  • Reminiscent of the late seventies/early eighties post punk, electro bands who were churning out this type of material. Great video. Hope they can survive, but need to change their name.

  • Interesting. Material to be proposed for Portland's Time Based Art festival, perhaps?

  • cool vid and song. very devo inspired. i like.

  • testing

    one two

  • Well done. (I kind of felt it drawing me in at times) It's machinelike commercial soul-searching and mounted printing organic teachings... I've said too much. The reaction in Asia should eaily inspire.

  • This was really good...the video and the song. But I just can't believe this was made for $99. This looks more like a $1,500 to $30,000 video. Great work though reguardless. Will you do a video for me for $99 of this quality? Or more like 100 videos. My bands videos cost between $400 - $1,200 and they're no where close to this kind of quality.

  • I definitely like the song but, the vid is cool, too. I don't know why so many ppl don't like the vid. It works well w/ the song; the choreography was done nicely along w/ background singing; how they moved out at the end was cool, too.

This was made w/ only $99?? Do you mean you just charged them $99 or you actually just that amount to make this whole thing?

    Either way...good stuff!

  • nice job jem and uncle rueben

  • nice job jem n uncle rueben

  • so crazy its cool the tune and the video awesome

    cheers

  • so cool is grate , the video is kind of crzy yeah i love it

    kpt in touch cheers

  • I don't care for it personally, but I can understand why others may. Good project, keep it up!

  • like it

    music better than clip

  • i love it !

    :*

  • i love it!

    :*

  • pretty good.

  • Not for me but good luck on your project. Cheers

  • awesomely trippy!!!

  • it was enjoyable ,nice work

  • Pretty good.

  • I like it, it's diff. (and we need that now a days)

  • catchy song alot like talking heads. i like it!the song aside, the video is pretty cool!

  • Thats great!!!

I think it's kinda trippy if you ask me.

Keep makin' them if you enjoy it, they're cool.

  • haha.. kinda reminded me of system of a down because of the just complete insane-ness of the lyrics. lmao (:

(in audio preview lmao sounds like ulmouw

  • pretty friggin cool

  • Veddy Veddy Enjoyab-b-b-le. I would say that it is definitive techno-nostalgia. The dancing "spiders" and "endless milk product" visual picks it up too. I am also reminded of Devo as well as a little Murray Head mixed in. And also Zappa too as said previously on this thread.

  • esta bueno el viedo :) saludos !

  • ya know that was suprisingly enjoyable... kinda reminiscent of Boingo's more paranoid stuff...

  • Very creative and crazy!

    I like it!

  • Awesome Video. Good Stuff. I enjoyed it. Thanks.

  • Very nice...Ilike anything that has an creative edge to it! Don't go for the okey-dok.

  • Nice and eerie.

    I'm impressed.

    Love,

    Nazi Pelosi

  • You guys got a good sound, but i think about anyone can do music with machines, NOt to say thats not cool but i think if you want to express your true talent you would want to try it live.Trying it without machines could open your fields to listeners too :D

  • What this is more Devo then Yeah Yeah yeahs but w/e

  • Awesome!! Neo DEVO!!

  • very nice!!! loves it - I try to stay away from terms like "80's"... but it does have that art rock quality that I loves so well...the music and vid have a touch of Snakefinger in them; which is really nice and purely accidental I am sure - moreoverly, elements of Zappa, Byrne, Belew, and early Cooper make this a very catchy and disturbing video!!!

    YaY!!!

  • NJ on the dedication! I like the milk really shows a type of simi bi onic lovw. the porjector is niiiice. All this even after you sent me the link to your vid. NJ

  • Awesome music vid yo!

    Not bad!!!

  • Awesome music vid yo!

    Well done!!!

  • .it reminds me or is somehow slightly reminiscent of "requiem for a dream in the way its shot..liking the choreography and colours.

the song sounds like a david byrne thingy thing.

    walker.

  • Excellent

  • Excellent.

    Very 80s

  • LOL, brilliant, i have the exact problem, 400 emails and 405 of them are spam...

great video, great song 5/5, plus i love milk, in fact am gonna go have sum milk now.

    Peace

  • BEAUTIFUL...

You guys have a real future in this!

    good luck!

i wish i could understand the lyrics though!

    GREAT JOB!!!!!!!

  • well i dont see how it sounds like the yeah yeah yeahs, but i do like the sound. i also did enjoy the music video for it, not bad.

ps. the vocals are entertaining too, i really did like the instrumentation :) thanks for sending this to me.

  • Video and music have Kafka spirit. It gives absurdistic modern Thaetrical feeling of slight insanity mania sufferer.

Music has Devo-Talking heads style with Blurish LaLaLa in the end. Goes alright with the video.

  • Nice song and vid..

Surely to being seeing them on MTV soon!

    Good job guys!

    PEACE¬:)

  • $99., I wish I was still in a band, awesome. good band too. The Devo vibe for sure but its all good.

  • That's pretty cool song and vid!

  • I like this song, it is good and I like this idea too. :)

Man patīk šī dziesma, tā ir laba un ideja arī :)

    a.

  • preciousbash is right.

  • This was entertaining :) Very creative Keep up the good work.

  • Hey I like it a lot! The lead singer is awesome. Cool vid.. for under $99 really? If so, you done good.

  • ajajajajja=lol i love it

  • Video and music have Kafka spirit. It gives absurdistic modern Thaetrical feeling of slight insanity mania sufferer which is quite nicely created by cacophonic chorus, crippled Metamorphosis spider dances and flashing windows.

  • it's a fair video

the music is probably of the sort that would begin to grate on me rather than grow on me!

  • While I was a fan of early Devo, they had lost me by 1980. This is reminiscient of Devo but not raw, which is more to my taste. The film clip is very well done, especially for the cost. You Tube SPK Germanik to get an understanding of the sort of raw I go for. (as a reference to keyboard genre)

  • this vid is pretty good- its great that u r reaching out to ppl with similiar music taste to rate ur vids, good idea

  • i like it great beet reminds me of a holloween song but i dont rember the name lol

  • I really like it. Thanks for sharing our radio stations act like they afraid to play music like this. I would prefer this.

  • catchy beat and nice theme.

  • as talking heads helps me with hangovers this song helps me to get up for work...and in tube to city, good tempo for morning commuters

  • @fanio52

thanks for watching. I wish radio would play PJPJ. Maybe if we all call in?

    -Kathleen

  • This vid is great! You can´t just stop watching it : )

Song is good too, and I would like to hear this band more! :D

Thanks or seding the comment :)

  • This would be a good theme for drinking milk ad compaign.

  • i think that the video and the song worked very well together. they were marked by the same confusion and urgency.

  • I really like the music. Where can I get it? The video is fantastic! Really good work. Didn't discover something nice like this for a long time! Btw: Same question as below!

  • although i know that was a recorded message i recieved. the song is ok

  • hey man! guess what, you were right, I liked the video and I liked the song!

  • Great....I really like it...so cool!

  • great video

  • So Cool...great....I really like it....and add to my favorites that was so tressla!

  • Great video!!! what wideo was it that you saw my comment on?

  • i once found mail in my spiderbox, it was pretty strange

  • it sounds like devo with a hint of system of a down..its awsome.i like the vid and song =]

  • Strangely funky, I dig it

  • lol... i like it :)

  • interesting... I think the key to music is disconnect it from video. It the track still stands, it's good. Devo - this is not, much more sequencer/techno style, but not bad... keep at it! Get funkee!

  • i liked it. I hate anything that tries to be too sublime.

  • I quite enjoyed it. Easily more original and imaginative than anything on top of the youtube music section.

  • it has a nice beat.

  • Ja, geht da weiter wo Ende der 80' er Schluss war. Erfrischend!

  • interesting video...but i like it...especially that la la la la etc. part. and the girls in the end...in that pic. kind of WeiRD.

  • Cool sounds , cool video, but where is the beef? Talking Heads, or Talkkarit, as we call them affectionately in finland, have a certain reputation of being an "intellectual pop band". What it means , i do not know, but the sounds and the lyrics are out of this world. Go on! brake the circle and make them " Grandma and grandpa" of pop. Mission impossible ?

  • its got that 80's feel.

    pretty catchy :)

  • strange but i like it

  • ive seen some comments here refering this music as ala devo.... although the beat would seem similar i liken it more like cake with a stiffer beat no mixing pun intended)...i like the tune , as a song writer i would have went with a less of a retro tech beat but then again-its what makes this work. great job on the video and music. i wish you all success !!

  • cool man! I wasn't sure at first but around 2 minutes I was rockin along. dig the dancers! reminds me of DMB's Crash vid a bit. Devo influence? maybe, yeah? very dancable stuff... I'd rock along with it! (on my drums that is..) cool, thx

  • brilliant!

  • The video was interesting, up to a point. Some color contrast might add a little dynamic quality..break it up a bit. Rather than support the music, it feels as if the vid forces the phrenetic, and without dynamics, they overwhelm each other a bit. That said, the people involved are obviously very talented, and one can se that a lot of work went into this production. Pleasekeep it up

    anne kennedy rackham

  • I think It´s very clever.

  • threadbanger did the costumes, yeaaaaah!

  • I like low budget vids but the music is forgettable.

  • Cool song and vid!

  • Have to agree. Nice song and cool video.

  • nice work m8, video was cool but music was even better

  • Alright, that was pretty cool song with a really inventive video!

  • I think I have to agree with some points which preciousbash has made. The Video made for $99 is a triumph. Well done.

The song is underwhelming. Da Funk is missing. There is no groove that you can hook into. Bit too much going on in the production. If the attempt was to be Devo-esque then recognize that Devo was stripped down and clean. Each track had a great hook lyric and riff. But you're out there doing it and that is to be commended. ;-)

  • sorry --- blows. but best of luck.

  • You guys got good marketing, I'll give you that. Kind of bordering on spamming, but I'll let it slide this time.

  • Not so hot but there is much worse out there.

  • I like the synth. Sounds pretty good.

  • The video looked like a $99 shoot...poor editing(unless they were going for the action not matching the beat of the music), a weak metaphor riddled script, and terribly choreographed dancing(crawling?). The song was a little catchy, and probably should get some play on college radio, but beyond that it was a poor attempt to capture the sound of the late 70s/early 80s alt-pop-wave masters...preciousbash pretty much named the big guns, but I would add the Talking Heads in this illustrious group

  • PS I love the video it is directed greatly

    VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!

  • I love the verse but I hate the chorus

So it kind of evens out. Revamp the chorus from that crazy zombie crowd like

chourus. Other than that I like it I just have to fast forward through the chorus.

  • Great video for $99 but I wouldn't want to hear the song again.

  • yeah the video its really good, i dont like those part with the windows windows thought jsjhAH :S

but its very cool. nice work!

  • Song was good the video have a lot of very good and inovative ideas but there is one thing that not work very well. "The spiders" . A bit the costumes a bit the coreography a bit the "spiders" thenselves. They are not bad but it is far from the level of the rest

    Anyaway

    well done

  • i had mail in my spider box once, talk about odd

  • Love, love, love this video, great job! The more I listen to the music the more Ive liked it. Ill just say fab job all round.

  • muy bueno :O

  • pretty good

  • Wow!!!

  • the songs not 2 bad, i like the vid though very creative and keeps ur attention

  • Great video and song. Both are unconventional (which I love) without being vague, and they compliment each other very well. The music has a Lene Lovich feel to it, which I enjoy also.

Much luck and success to you and the band.

  • Devo has a deeper logic to the musi and a much funkier deepr groove. I think the owrd that comes to mind is shallow. The music laced that funky logic that I love. Missing Persons had that funky logic and so did Gang of Four and the B'52's. I totally dig the video. For $99 bucks..It ain't half bad. Great job on the video! Did not hate the song but I sure as heck did not love it.

  • A two-minute song stretched to almost four minutes is never a good thing, but then most pop tunes are too long by half. Less is always more.

Vid seems a bit too dark, but well-edited.

  • Hey thanks for the e-mail alerting me to this. I like it but I do nto love it. I like the video more thean the music. You sent me alink because I love Devo.

  • this is seriously really cool

  • Great stuff! Like it!

  • wow, it's pretty weird, but it's cool

    :)

  • it sounds playful, its o.k

  • its funny but whats with the back ground people

  • They do quite sound like Devo don't they?

  • I really like it¡¡¡¡¡¡¡It's very good¡¡¡very creative,interesting¡¡¡Thank very much for the mail¡¡¡¡zaida from Argentina :)

  • nice work guys, keep going on ^^!

  • It's kind of like DEVO but a more like Oingo-Boingo, especially around the chorus. Overall i think it's pretty good!

  • I can defiantely heat the DEVO influence thats for sure. Very cool music and an interesting video. You should try and send this to Mark Mothersbaugh or Gerald Casale of DEVO. I know that William Shatner has a channel here on you tube so maybe DEVO might too.

  • wow, this is actually really cool!!! =D

  • Very catchy, very 80's with shades of Devo, Flock of seagulls, Visage and perhaps Yazoo!

  • why would you ever say this sounded like the yeah yeah yeah's? this song is super annoying. the chorus is really annoying, his voice is over done. It feels like they are trying TOO HARD to be diffrent and avante garde. but thats just me.

  • i didnt think id like it at first but its actually pretty good

  • pretty groovy stuff

  • cool

  • i really like the song very catchy and the vidoe goes so well with the lyrics from slow start to hetic ending totall awesome.

  • I'm not so crazy about the music but the video is really good! Very creative.

  • I agree. Not the kind of music I´d prefer, but the video is great.

And la-la-la-laa reminds me of Blur ;)
