This farmer swearing sounds like a dialect from Schwyz. This is in the central part of Switzerland called "swiss knife valley". It's absolutely not possible to translate it in any other language. But if you want to try the first part "Ferektä Stärnächeib". "ä" is a special umlaut and "ch" is also something terrible ;-)
Swiss people next door are f_____g with me. I intend to memorize this and start screaming it at them every morning. Any additional comments in Swiss German would be welcome. For instance, how do you say, "Suck it you frigid whore?"

if you speak it out in english it comes really close to the intended swiss speaking ;-)
