Here is what seems to be the problem with usung puppet master characters (Meaning it aplies to both Chiyo and Kankuro) People ate tempted to just use their puppet attacks due to cheapness, but that is too easy to counter! It leaves you defenseless! You have to use your own attacks instead of your puppets whenever the enemy gets close. If you can knock them far away, NOW you can use puppets without risking counterattacks.

Well, I dunno if you've played the game that much, but with Chiyo you really can't do anything else besides puppet attacks. The strong attack button makes the father puppet attack and the weak attack button makes the mother puppet attack. It kind of sucks because the puppets tend to get away from you and there isn't really a quick way to get them back (or if there is, I haven't figured it out). Kankuro also has a weakness. Since he has two puppets out, if you attack them, it drains his chakra.
