@3investigators Some of the best music of the 1920s -30s, was being recycled from the 1800s. . . .and a lot of the music that people think is a wonderful new composition today has been revived and resuscitated from at least a century ago. Maxine sings this song superbly, and it is great to hear her sing the song in its' entirety.

I live just minutes from Loch Lomond, and I often think of Maxine when I go there.
