And from the few german people I've ment that are under 18 and my friend who went to Germany for the summer, as far as I've been informed and heard, they don't use American words like dissing.

It means 'Through the Monsoon', and he talks about how he will go through the monsoon to be with the person he loves and then everything will be alright again (very general idea ;) ).

They did an English version for this one, called Monsoon. The lyrics aren't a one to one translation of the German one, but it captures the general feeling.

The monsoon is basically the rain season in many countries, like a storm that goes on for weeks. So I think the symbolic is pretty obvious: he'll go through anything to be with the one he loves.
