The end of this video always killed me! I remember seeing this back in 1997 late at night/early hours of the morning. People leave horrible messages in this comments section. Back when i first saw this commercial i was just glad to see that Esther Rolle was still alive eventhough she died a little after this aired. This can be looked at as just another acting job or acting roll Esther took to keep herself in the public eye.
When these sitcoms get cancled the industry basically just push these celebs to the side and move on to the next actress.

People leave horrible messages in this comments section. Back when i first saw this commercial i was just glad to see that Esther Rolle was still alive eventhough she died a little after this aired. This can be looked at as just another acting job or acting roll Esther took to keep herself in the public eye.
When these sitcoms get cancled the industry basically just push these celebs to the side and move on to the next actress.
