  • From life to parole in 2011, come on, at least let them stay in for half the sentence, it was like a little slap, no tap on the wrist...

  • I have heard of other cases in Australia were murderers were given lenient sentences. Go figure. I for one am all for the death penalty. Screw to hell all that crap about playing God. What do you think someone is doing when the take a life? If you deprive someone of their right to live, then you right to life is automatically revoked. Let's save some tax dollars.

  • 15 years for murder...Are they for real?? Ud say something but they planned the thing for months....Them Aussies are mental!!

  • Thanks TheMaster1246 for posting all those videos. I have been attending almost all of your "forensic classes" this weekend and therefore still a pile of laundry in my basement.

  • Im from Millicent.... i was 5 when it happened... i can remeber Gina serving us fish and chips while we were swimming at the swimming lake...kinda frightninig that they get out this year... does anyone know when?? im sure they wont come back to Millicent...fingers crossed

  • Fuck me, i guess that means we can just break the law whenever we feel like it then.....since psychos like that get such stupid jail sentences......Lovely way to ENCOURAGE your society to break the law. Ive been assulted by a few horrible people in my time, and if i thought id only get a 5 year prison sentence maybe id just go and kill em.

  • what a joke of a system. as said 15 yrs.

when i was 12 i got done shoplifting a chocolate bar from woolies by Gary.. so glad i didn't piss him off too much hey

  • 2:01 Maybe it was never proved, because the police officers were working without gloves, contaminating the possible weapon used in the murder. 15 years? What a joke. And they probably hanged that woman as well. Why would she commit suicide?

  • That is one hell of a twist of a saaga

  • I think that if I ever felt like killing someone I would go to Australia .... What a shitty justice system .... Fucking 15 years for a murder ? What a joke

  • How sad what one person can do to another. Why not go for plain old fashioned divorce? Oh but it was all about the money in the end. Their poor children, may God help them to recover.

  • @MrTops2100 well said i totally agree. kill ALL murderers

  • That mugshot of 'Bluey' is fucking creepy.

He looks kind of like John English.

  • What a twisted case Jesus!

  • for a premeditated murder like this, they are eligible for parole in less than 20 yrs? what a lame justice system.

  • @omn205 Here in the US, with a pre-meditated murder like that, they would be eligible for the death penalty...if they had a top-notch, exspensive lawyer, they might get lucky and recieve a life sentence without possibility of parole. I can't believe what a tiny slap-on-the-wrist sentence they all got!

  • 2011 this year

  • Damn,if you want to fuck some one up bring them to Australia,

  • omg 2011 thats next year !!!!!!

  • I cant get over that accessories to murder and in this case one who actually attempted murder only got one year. The law needs to be changed globally.

  • premeditated murder- rationally considering the timing or method of doing so, in order to either increase the likelihood of success, or to evade detection or apprehension.

everyone involved shouldve received life in prison without the possibility of parole! they obviously planned his murder, those evil, heartless, cruel mother fuckers! ugh. wheres the fucking justice?

  • DAMN! You Aussies must love your killers! With sentences like that you're basically BEGGING them to kill again!

  • @schlumbucket You see, a society like Australia is more interested in preventing crime.

America, land of prisons and huge prison sentences, is the world's murder capital. You apparently think the prevention of murder is irrelevant, given that you consistently reject the masses of scientific evidence showing that your revenge-based justice system, riddled with bad cops who go by truthiness instead of evidence, does nothing to prevent murder.

  • @cinesimonj

These bastards kill & kill again. A murderer behind bars will not kill another free person again. America's crime problem is cultural, a culture of violence, and no justice system can change that, just deal with the scumbags the culture produces.

The pussified laws of modern "civilized" countries make a mockery of justice. The spirits of murdered innocents demand justice, not "15 years with parole after 7" or some other early-release/plea-bargain bullshit.

  • @schlumbucket Mister kiddie macho, the majority only murder once.

I'd suggest you look at studies, science - you know: reality, but you seem only interested in projecting the want of a 'non-pussified' society. You actually seem to be seeking that same violent culture America's right wing so cherishes.

Grow up and learn to think beyond your fake macho sensibilities.

Learn how to think critically & read studies!

You'll not like it, but you'll find that long prison terms do naught to stop murder.

  • Looks like Helen was terrified that she would be murdered too!

  • @thesoapmaker1 no excuse!

  • I stopped paying attention - who is Bluey?

  • @pomegranateish Bluey was some one Gina and Gary hired to kill Angelo. Bluey wanted more money and argued with Gary. Gary and Gina killed him and buried him somewhere.

  • @pomegranateish

    lol. Not sure!

  • @pomegranateish Watch the last 2 or 3 minutes of Part 4.

  • Dam ! !Australia's evil white trash, get off easy for killing.

  • LOve you man, this helped alot.

  • @willo1000 helped with what?!
