sorry i'm replying so late but you know I think I am going to try and get over to Ireland next year. I really want to go while I'm still fairly young (I'm 30 now *sob*) I'm just going to do whatever I have to do to save up enough money and then take a trip over there. This is the plan anyway. Whether or not I can make it happen is another thing! :)
@LindaYalda hi there, if you do decide to visit the UK Mike, then make sure its anytime between May and September because the weather will be perfect. However, the airfare will probably be a bit higher but definitely worth the extra cost. Some people choose to go between January and April because of cheap flights, then end up regretting it because of the Cold and rain. Try to avoid the holidays like Christmas, Easter and New Years when airfare and hotel pricings will skyrocket. Regards.
