you need to finish their story mode and for aeon if you don't have ecclesia you have to finish true story mode

And, for a Alternate version of Aeon and Shanoa, just connect Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia from your Nintendo DS (assuming you have one) with Castlevania Judgment...
