  • i would suggest doing incline chest excersises cus ur lower chest is v good but if you add some upper chest it would look great:) good work though keep it up

  • Awesome job man. To all the haters out there you clearly have NEVER spent time dieting or being dedicated to your goals or you would know this is possible without steroids.

  • I do believe someone can achieve this, there's just one sidenote....

    As mentioned below, getting back to where you were once, is MUCH EASIER then making progress into the unkown. That is because the brain doesn't forget how to lift a certain weight. All you have to do is what you know how to do and diet, which is hard enough btw. Learning something new takes A LOT more time, at least twice as long.

  • @pietorski Very true...I took off 5 years because of personal reasons and transformed myself back to where I was in 6 mos.  I didn't think it was possible, but as you said it was easier.

  • 5 weeks is little time to get that physical in the gym. Requires at least eight months hard work with a good nutrition and supplementation as amino acids and some light burner for example.

    Most probably have taken a steroid. In this case stanozolol. Apart from a good diet and feeding. Hard gym training too.

Metals in those things I think. Anyway, bub do not say u are a natural. Because u are not. Taking supplements does not make u natural. Eating food is natural. Not some crap that in one scoop or 30 grams of weight contains 1000 calories because no food in the world contains that many calories.

  • @rayseanjomaya It is absolutely possible!! It is HARD AS HELL, you're on a strict diet, you workout like crazy, cardio, weight lifting! I'm a female and I know it's possible too because I'm doing it right now. I wasn't overweight but I want(ed) and still do want to tone my body, build muscle and decrease my body fat. I still have a long way to go BUT over the past weeks I have seen insane changes in my body! Thumbs up for you, I have the highest respect for you because I KNOW how hard it is.

That just shows that you already had the hard work put in for the muscle mass and all you needed to do was tone down. I had similar experience where I stopped working out and gained 40lbs in 10months. Then shed of all that weight in 6 months the same way you have done, constant rape at the gym every day!
