If it was an Office Space type clean cut nerd movie, it would be more watchable. I think the movie was Takedown or something. It was a waste of a good dvd disk. During the movie he doesn't strike anyone, and the only drug that he is seen consuming is alcohol. As for the long haired comment, have you not seen his old wanted poster? He did look pretty scruffy. He was on the run from the FBI for over a year, not exactly an office space type of situation. The movie had a few hollywood chase scenes, but still.

The information gathering part is the most important part of any hacking attempt, downplaying it as if it's something no good hacker does or whatever is just ignorant.
