  • Irwindale drag strip is only for 1/8 mile races or do they have 1/4 mile races??? can anyone answer please, I will be there this july, thanks

  • That sucked.

  • 9.73 @ 73.5 mph isnt slow for an 1/8th mile. The car only has 210 horsepower. All these ricer kids on here think that because a car is turbocharged it runs "13s" stock. God damn i'm so sick of fucking fag ass bitch kids that have never driven a car down a drag strip talking about "10s and 11s and 12s and 13s" after watching The Fast and the Furious. 9.73 @ 73.5 is an average 1/8th mile time for an early G35, Eclipse GSX, Pontiac GP GTP etc. These cars only do high 14s @ 92 mph stock.

  • Put a Chevy motor in it.

  • i also agree with poor driving skills

  • car looked somewhat stock. if the time and and money invested on the the other car was put into the genesis, it would have done much better.

  • its not a slow car LOOK what it was racing ....

  • Irwindale's drag strip is only 1/8th mile. 74 mph is not that bad for an 1/8th of a mile. Driver got a slow start could've been better.

  • I guess the driver didn't bother to push his car any further since he knew he had already lost.

  • the car isn't that slow, terrible driver

  • this is stupid

  • i was talking to him. he was trying to get everything set right. he had just gotten his car back from the dealer. so i think we can cut him a break

  • really... the driver was trying to race right?

  • The driver sucks. The base 2.0T model does 92mph traps.

  • I doubt the 2.0 can trap 92 in an 1/8th mile
