We; re " straining at a Knat and swallowing a camel". The problem with the American is the poisoning of these foods. Yeah too much fat and sugar are problems, but did nature intend for biological creatures to consume horemones ( synthetic estrogen), sythnthetic componds, nutient depleated flour (and for what), fermaldihide ( byproduct of aspertaim consumpsion),
Floride ( a "staight up " poision, doesnt even occure in nature by itself till man makes it happen)
