That fall is clearly caused by him stepping on the defenders foot its not so much the pressure that applied to the foot being stepped on its more that as you make a movement with your body trying to play defense and the rest of your body reacts as it should as you try to move the foot it is trapped and subsequently you fall because the hips have shifted you are trying to move but cant complete the movement that rest of your joints and muscle and equilibrium has started reacting to.
