that's a GOOD suggestion,

learn to use your pinky before trying any new songs and doing something really stupid!

just like me ;) i have the same prob currently but i practice for it each day ;)

well you use it but now when you need it!

do it when the part comes, you certainly know which part i mean..

i learnt the first part not using my pinky and then as i got into the song i relised it is impossible not to use it but i defently no the bit u mean but as u see at the end i can use my pinky.

try to always use it when you could, else you'll not do it on the basis technics of guitar..

remember this:

you put one finger somewhere, then your other fingers are supposed to be in the frets near it..

like 1st finger in 1 st fret, then 2nd in 2nd, ...
