This was a good year. Forest service sghowed up before us, and made one simple request. DON'T DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL (Be naked or smoke pot) NEAR THE PUBLIC ROAD ... and oddly enough 98% of the arrests there where near that road ... Odd huh? ... Of course, those same stores also see a significant increase in sales, sometimes well into the tens of thousands, so it certainly works out in their favor. But lots of bummy, hobled rainbow kids will shoplift. It's common knowledge.

People need to understand that there are good & bad in any group, religion, race, etc. Not all at the gatherings were there to make trouble. Im glad they said something about that because I wouldnt want our fellow brothers & sistahs to be looked down upon because of some bad apples ~ namaste ~
This is what our government spends it manpower resources on? Tree loving hippies are going to destroy the forest? All this concern while at the same time snowmobiles, atv's, motorcycles and 4 wheel drive trucks rip the shit up in our parks? This is one place we could use a little less government.

What a joke. The cops are already "geared up". It's not as if they have to stock supplies, hire new recruits and increase thier weapons cache to deal with the Rainbows. All the cops do is show up and monitor the cars going in and out. It's a non-event, really.

Quite true. However, there's now that wikipedia being filled up by any passerby "defining" what the Rainbow Family is.. which has no leader! And if we don't put out our negative issues that we deal with as well as the positive ones, then, a lot of folks are gonna really think this is "Hippies partying in the woods", and that isn't entirely true. Speaking for myself, at least, it isn't.
