Everyone has ab muscles: True- the muscles do reach the entire length of your torso, however, the way the "Abs" formulate is genetics (Whether the muscles bunch up into 4, 6,8, or 10 "Bumps" or "muscle bellies" whatever you choose to call them- it's all genetics).

This guy is straight ripped. His abs are very good- his abs are fully developed- he doesn't have anything under the six because that's the way he is. Some have it, some don't.

Which gives you your standard 6 or 8 packs. By the way Arnold had a six pack (not a four pack) 2 lower and 4 upper, if that's what you meant. I suppose some genetic freak could be born with 8 upper, making a 10 pack, but I have never seen it in all my years in the medical field.
