There are actually 2 other nice music tracks from this video - the one played during the "great goals" is "New Sensation" by INXS, and the other , the synth piece played during "nice saves" I've never been able to identify.....anyone know it?

in conclusion for me im a old time hockey lover from the 80's and if i was alive during the 70's im sure i would of loved it too,but i like the rockem sockem hits,the trolly track hits not the ulf sam knee to knee hits and who ever else does it, now they want to clean up the game sure go ahead but if your going to do that do it right,well me and my friend came with a good idea if your going to change the game adopt the iihf rules which includes no touch icing andmore strictrules on head shots

everyone is on this bandwagon saying the game is in poor shape maybe id agree, but i have one question, how is it twenty years ago hits like this was accepted but now its not. so i have one conclusion the people ,the fans r listening to the league and the media way to much and this includes don cherry. they didnt care until the league and media started crying foul and saying all this shit about rule changes and the instagator rule, and we have to bring the scoring up now and etc,etc,

Did anyone else notice that Wendel Clark seems to either leave his feet when he hits or ends up on the ice with his hits taking him out of the play as well? I personally love the hit he tries on Messier. Leaves his feet lands on his face while the MOOSE is still standing. Wendel Clark is one of the most overrated players I have ever seen. Yeah he could do it all. hit,score, & fight. But he wasn't even a point a game player. He was above average on a mediocre team.

Watch at 0:26. Most hockey fans who frequent YouTube will know Wendel Clark was damn solid on his skates, but he went down when he ran into Messier. Most of what people have seen of Messier is what he did as a Ranger when he was older, but this hit by Clark should tell you all you need to know about why people always cringed at the sight of Messier when he was an Oiler. As fierce as anyone who ever played the game. Probably as dirty as anyone too, lol.
