@nitkov sirtos, or vrana koja davam jas.... and yes I know it is an excellent greek folk song. And yes I know, what you'll tell me that the title "vrana koja davam jas" is not greek. And i answer to you that it originate in the Northern regions of Macedonia where there are some villages who speak the Macedonian dialect. thank u for ur replay, its acctually vrana konja javam (not davam) jas..i have no problem with people to be whatever they want to be. i dont question people and i respect everybodys choice. after all, we are all free to be whatever we want to be. what bothers me is that u wrote a greek folk song. well, it isnt...folk song from greece would be more suitable..anyways, take care and all the best

@samirgouda1988 Σε ευχαριστώ πολύ και συγχαρητήρια για τα σχόλια που έγραψες.... δεν το ήξερα αυτό που είπες για τον καπετάν Κώττα Χρήστου.... Και φυσικά θα βάζω τη σημαία αυτή στην αρχή των βίντεο. Μέχρι τώρα αν πληκτρολογήσεις "macedonian folk song" την αναζήτηση θα σου βγάλει όλα τα Σκοπιανά τραγούδια. Ε νομίζω πως πρέπει να δείξουμε ότι Μακεδονία είναι Ελλάδα και ότι η πραγματική Μακεδονία έχει εκπληκτική μουσική παράδοση.

@dimitris804 Είναι και πολλά άλλα τέτοια παραδείγματα.Το θέμα είναι όλοι από όποιο μετερίζι μπορούμε,να μην επιτρέπουμε σε κάποια σιχάματα ή κάποιους παραπλανημένους,να πιάνουν στο στόμα τους θέματα ιερά και αδιαπραγμάτευτα.Εσύ το κάνεις με τα βίντεο και συγχαρητήρια.Λεβεντιά,συνέχισε­!!!

@tresino89 Μια διόρθωση μόνο, η διάλεκτος αυτή ομιλούνταν στη Μακεδονία, κατά την περίοδο πριν το 1912, και μάλιστα σε ορισμένες περιοχές. Δεν είναι Σλάβικη, αλλά μείγμα Σλάβικων, Τούρκικων και Ελληνικών. Το τραγούδι δεν λέγεται πια με τα λόγια αυτά, και έχει επικρατήσει να λέγεται συρτός. Η Σλάβικη διάλεκτος υπάρχει σε περιορισμένο αριθμό χωριών τώρα πια, κυρίως στη Φλώρινα και την Πέλλα. Επομένως δεν βρίσκω τον λόγο να γράψω αυτό το όνομα... δεν ανήκει στην μουσική παράδοση των Μακεδόνων.

@tresino89 Μάλλον με παρεξήγησες. Δεν ανεβάζω τον τίτλο του κομματιού, διότι ύστερα θα κάνουν κατακλυσμό σχολίων και ύβρεων οι Σκοπιανοι. Δεν ξέρω τι εθνική συνείδηση έχεις -εγώ άλλωστε θεωρώ ότι ένας λαός δεν εξαρτάται μόνο από τη γλώσσα αλλά και από την βούληση των ανθρώπων να ανήκουν κάπου -όμως είμαι της άποψης ότι αυτή η διάλεκτος πρέπει να επιζήσει. Όπως και αν έχει ευχαριστώ για τα σχόλιά σου και ελπίζω να κατάλαβες τι εννοώ με όσα είπα. Χαιρετισμούς από Ήπειρο.

@rebelakias Δεν έχουν σχέση με την συγκεκριμένη μουσική, απλά το έβαλα για να τονίσω την παρουσία των χάλκινων πνευστών στην Μακεδονική μουσική.

@TheMKDejan I did it... and I found a song almost the same with this but with lyrics... It's not surprise for me, the music doesn't have limits... Songs like this one are well- known at all Balkan regions... If you watch the commends of this video you will found a person "Rockfellia" to say that this kind of music seems like Romanian music...

You can check out more of our songs if you want. Because I've been viewing some songs with tags greek Macedonian music or songs ( you don't have to much views btw), and I can say like 80 % or so are familiar for me, either the rytham or the tittle. You are right, on Balkans everything mix, music and culture, but there are specific elements. Pozdrav.

@Patriotism1000 The rythms of Macedonia are exactly the same with the rest of the Greece. The only thing is different is musical instruments such as bagpipes and trompets. But sirtos is exactly the same rythm with the rest of the Greece.

@boce24 This song, called "sirtos". Sirtos is an panhellenic song, which you can hear it at all over Greece. There is no Greek region that doesn't have this dance. Sirtos originate in ancient Greece, from the ancient Greek religion. Please, can you explain me, why this song is not Greek, when you can hear almost the same sounds at all over Greece?
