99.3 % U.S.A made quality, soon 100%. Got to love this guy.
Keeping America workers at their jobs thru parts supply, very smart. We need more people like you out there. American quality is coming back with revenge.
Sadly China hasn't learn quality after all these years, they want market flooding! They're doomed to fail...
I can tell that you work hard to make a quality product. I work in a factory that makes 100% American made products.American products are of better quality and of better engineering than far eastern products. I would like to point out that some of the best products come from Europe. Switzerland, Germany and Italy make some of the best machines in the world, The difference that sets American products apart from most of Europe is that we make them in more quantity.
Hi, I love what you are doing. It puzzles me though that you would give everyone the intricate details of what makes your alternators so good! I'm learning a lot from watching this vid and if I ever get the money I'm certainly investing money in one of your devices.
@jeffmolly1 I completely agree. I'm a hobbyist who is just starting out and everything I am doing is about making renewables as cheap as possible. It's nice to see successful people that refuse to believe that profit is the only point to business. Us humans seem to have lost our way in that respect. Thanks for the video's dude
@jeffmolly1 Its nice to finally see a true american worker not all for himself. You are out to help push the technology and make it at a low cost and USA made. too bad corp america didnt think this way. Keep up the awesome work man. Great products!
China owns the neodymium market; China is the most cost effective market from which to buy these components. So why wouldn't Jeff source this component from China? It's that simple...
I understand your point, but you dwell too much on American built, I personally would prefer an overseas unit manufactured by sweatshop labor living in cardboard shacks & assembled by workers that make $1 or $2 per day or even undocumented here in the states SO LONG AS THE END RESULT IS A PRICE THAT IS 1/2 OFF or better. Otherwise I appreciate your apparent quality control & propitiatory features.
@Begbucks I fully agree with you Begbucks. I also don't mind children in sweatshops making something cheap for my wife to wear, as long as it's not my kids if you know what i mean.
@Begbucks No it is not flawed in any way shape or form. 2 companies are putting that BS out, one is sunborne energy, they make pma's and the other is thermodyne, they also make pma's. I am the first competition they have had and they DO NOT LIKE IT ONE BIT....
Just found your ebay store today and watched your video on your pma. Im guessing the Super hydro 12 volt permanent magnet alternator PMA can be used with a wind turbine by taking of the pulley and fan? Will this stand the Texas summer? Should I cover the PMA to protect it from the heat and elements?
Hey Jeff, what if you offset the plates by one turn each in your rotor stack to make the holes slightly helical - would it pump more cold air thru the rotor? Just an idea. Feel free to send me a unit to Australia if you need someone to do the research ;) Cheers mate.
@jeffmolly1 Do you have a wholesaler in Oz? If interested I'd love to discuss via private messages. I'm getting tired of trying to build my own and you continue to impress with your build and ideas...
Hey Jeff, I wish you put that windynation motor on a drill press or a lathe to get the truth on how much heat that motor puts out, compared to your new Renegade PMA . And show how well the heatsink fins don't work on this motor and that the open ports you need to exspell heat from using Three phase AC ? Scam says sense he's a machinist, he knows that your PMA has a design flaw, thats why it over heats, jackass I dislike that cabin freak, LOL_Billy
@TheBillythekid2010 That statement on our new Renegade Pma comes from Bob Greene, Owner Hydrogen appliances, Thermodyne in California. He was pissed the day we decided to build our own Pma's and make them all 3 phase AC output. So he give that BULLSHIT CHART to Scamcrapper to post. Scamshitforbrains is'nt smart enough to come up with any charts or graphs, just BULLSHIT.
I will be doing a heat test on that big fat Chinese made EFFSUN motor pretty soon.
@jeffmolly1 Thanks Jeff for being there. But that scrotumsearcher is a stalker, even larry wants him to stop and I think he has a certain thing for you . The Freak is saying that the PMA collects dirt and things in it ? I've never had any type of debre in my PMA's ! The Freak does'nt understand why AC amps heat up motors and PMA's ? But he also states that your only pushing the 7 magnet rotor because, you know that it does not work , I'm done with the cabin freak !!! Thanks Jeff
Thanks for the video, amazing product cant wait to get one and really appreciate your using american workers and suppliers as much as you can its much appreicated im american first along with all my other americans who need to feed thier children as well.................after that the global economy can get whats left
@MarinePrepper I only hear that phrase " it's a global economy" from those that promote and sell China made products instead of American made. America first is my motto, the global economy can wait.
Jeff, You have did it again this is a truely a good design, and I noticed the rectifier has been removed so you can get a slimmer style. I think this is a winner and the best vid ever_Billy
You should couple a pma with a small 3 phase motor and see if it will self run. Let me know

can they be used on a car
Hollywoods7 3 weeks ago
@Hollywoods7 No they cannot, there unegulated dc output. It would start your car wiring unfire.

@2012DarkDragon That's correct. Thermodunes come from China.

Would this increase alternator output for say a bigger car audio system, as aposed to getting a brand new high output alternator?

how do i go about getting one of the 14 magnet motors. that looks very cool

Gotta say your soldering on that pigtail looks like you didn't get it hot enough - your second solder didn't look fully encapsulated in the solder.

@jeffmolly1 car alternators are flawed. heat comes from magnets turning against iron and not the magnet wire.
