This link is to buy the first book of "Allison" which is a series of 3 books and then continues to "Lilia and Treiz" which is a series of 3 stories if I remember correctly.

If you just want to watch the anime of this, you can just google it and it'll be everywhere with subtitles.
So far, the books aren't translated into english but another series from the same author, "Kino no Tabi" is published in english.
But if you'd like to read Allison in english, you're going to have to wait if it ever gets translated or just watch the animes subtitles. =]
