first off i thought ice hockey was canada's national sport. secondly this vid was good, but woulda been better with music added. i kinda feel bad for most of the teams in this tournament if you think about it, canada and USA are the only contenders and canada may have won it last year, but thats the first time USA was beaten in 25 years. haha. i love this sport but it needs a higher level of competition.

its called the "haka", like Elacrosse said its a traditional ceremony for all New Zealand teams, most of the time i've seen it, is with rugby. its a challenge basically. you should have respect for it.

ok. I've been to New Zealand. Just to inform one ignorant person, the "haka" is a tradition that dates from the mouri warriors. it was tradtionaly done before battle to intimidate the enemy. From first hand experiance. a man who is up in your face and doing that is scary like no other. If one of those athletes did it to you, you would probably stry to get as far away from him as possable.
