This is amazing...I have watched all of your videos, read through the entire website, and I am motivated to do this! Today I ordered the shakes to try for 1 week (not prepared to pay for a bulk order today), to see how I like/can tolerate it, starting doing all the other things you mentioned in preparation to start.
