i was at this game an was only 10, the newcastle fans were ripping up chairs and throwing them at us!! if i remember correctly steve walsh put thru his own net on purpose so we ended up playing cambridge in the playoff semis instead of derby who were a better side!! so we saved newcastle, shame really as we lost the final anyway.
