Do Offline or Online Gathering Hall quests. To gain HR 2 finish level 3, some of the level 3 quests are optional, so you don't have to do all of it

fatalis is a one hit monster super hard to kill it with meelee weapon but you wont die one hit if our wearing white fatalis armor
