If you don't understand black culture, then there is no need for you to go online and annonymously post opinions on something you do not understand in the first place. I was asking if there was a specific channel LABELED White TV. There isn't. You and I both know that would cause a controvesy if one was ever created. BET is not a necessity in anyway. Are there not white, asian, indian people also featured on BlackTree TV. When BET was created, nobody was playing black music videos, not MTV, not VH1.
