  • im having trouble calculating the calories because it seems like you have to eat only twice a day to keep it at the calories i need to eat! it leaves you only thinking about food even after you ate! ... i am 4'10" and weight 111.5 lbs and i looked up at a calorie site that i need to eat 1200 calories to loose at least 1 lb per week! and im just confused with what i can eat and what i cant!

  • 09:00 Rye- (40g – 134calories) Milk – 200ml – 120 calories) Honey – 1tbsp – 60 calories) Walnuts (15g – 98 calories) 13:00 Snack 1: wheat bran (40 grams – 86 calories) Milk 200ml – 120 calories 15:00 Every day choice, around 300 calories 17:00 Snack 2: Banana – 105 calories 19:00 Cabbage salad 300g - 200 calories 21:00 Apple – 95 calories 22:00 Raisin – 10 g – 30 calories 23:00 Cup of green tea this is my diet, i think it sucks
