im having trouble calculating the calories because it seems like you have to eat only twice a day to keep it at the calories i need to eat! it leaves you only thinking about food even after you ate! ... i am 4'10" and weight 111.5 lbs and i looked up at a calorie site that i need to eat 1200 calories to loose at least 1 lb per week! and im just confused with what i can eat and what i cant!
