@MoonWalkerTR It cant easily hand high settings in custom maps. Normal maps like dust is too much to atom

@ThisLadChanny Hey there the overclack is from pc to pc different , but i suggest not more than 1,8 - 2,0 ghz , and it doesnt rly effect the battery life at all, maybe just 10 minuttes or so :)

@Exesta You just lolled yourself. CS? Did u mean 1.6 or Source? 1.6 runs avg 60fps, Source is CPU based game and ATOM is low speed CPU.

Yes netbook is not powerhouse, but it can handle many old and new games

You need to use bios overclock not octuner, with octuner your overclocking your ram big time, thats whats stopping you from going higher, with bios you can set your ratio to 3:2 and overclock to 2.3ghz easily making it play source no prob if you use a custom autoexec.cfg

Hey Taizuuni,How is overclocking on the mini 311 have you ever pushed it to 2.0Ghz and when at 1.9Ghz would you say it was fairly stable?

Did you try the latest Nvidia Control panel? I have read on forums you can overclock the GPU. I cant seem to find the right drivers to do so.

Hmm weird. I have the netbook as well but I only get 15frames tops doing the same things in the video. Have my Atom OC'd to 2ghz with 5:4 fsb:mem ratio. Although I do have the Ion LE tho, so it could be a gpu driver difference. I'll hack my LE to full Ion and see if anything changes. Also my system has 3GB ram, Win 7 Ult, and Im using Nvidia Ion driver 195.62. My ram can't match my fsb ratio 1:1, it just wont boot. Now Im just rambling on heh.

Update: I installed 195.55 hacked drivers and my windows experience index scores for graphics/gaming went up from 4.4/4.1 to 4.6/5.3. Pretty amazing. It's not fully ion yet so ill update again when I do a bios change on the gpu.

OS is windows 7 ultimate, i didnt tweak ME2, only overcloked the laptop. Resolution was 800x600.

There is always some risk, but no its nor dangerous. 1,9 ghz in this machine is "normal" speed. If you go somewhere aboe 2 ghz then there can be risk to brake machine.

Benchmark give 35fps. CSS settings was 1024x768 and all low. Torchlight 800x600 and all low.

Have you tried CSS in Dx7 or DX8 mode? you will get a huge boost in FPS?

I tried CSS with high fps config. With that benchmark give me 65fps.
