It seems that DPRK relies a lot on their railway system, and it seems to be in a fairly well maintained condition; I have information that their railway system has more than 5224 km of railway lines, with more than 4211 km electrified, compared to 661 km in South Korea and less than that, in Portugal.
Just a good shot!
