ineteresting to note the difference in technique between the aussies and the canadians. a lot more focus on quick snappy recoveries, where as we seem to be all about strong finishes and lots of length. cheers from canada
@Theandrewdowd I don't really think that is the essential difference. Compared to other techniques (European) the Aussie style also has a pretty slow and strong finish. The difference is that Canadian rowing allows the back to drop even further, giving you more length at the cost of a slower and perhaps less efficient recovery. Cheers from Holland.
