when it comes to pasting from an application with Macro such as Word, you can use 'Paste as Plain Text' button in TinyMCE or Ckeditor.. thus will remove the unnecessary code behind the text.. another thing, in Excel, when you double-click the cell and copy the text, it'll gonna copy the text as Plain text (no codes)..
