  • Bravo

  • Interesting, he sings the verses with the melody of Atrocity Exhibition instead of the original melody of Isolation.

  • great cover they realy addsomethingtoit

  • I had no idea this was a cover until just recently. So I checked out the Joy Division original. ...yeah...I'll stick with this one.

  • @Rick951 What are you insinuating about Joy Division?

  • @TheJonathantheMoss They just ain't my bag, man. At least in this instance.

  • @Rick951 Fair enough. Although a lot of their songs were more guitar orientated and less synth based

  • Babyteeth is amazing it was like nothing I had ever heard .

  • What the ...

  • IRISH METAL UP YOUR ARSE

  • 12 ppl needs isolation

  • @findejs666 You mean 416 and think about what is good and bad.

  • @findejs666 I own a great isolation room at my basement and a smaler one atched to my bedroom ;)

  • hated it

  • You should have been there when We got locked in at the Brixton Academy in 1995.

Riot outside so they decided to carry on playing and did "White Riot" by the Clash..!

Best Live Gig I've ever been to......

and a turned over burning car outside.

Some people need to get out more........Isolation?

  • @gabacabriel I'll never forget that night, was awesome. Walked out post gig wondering what the hell was going on! Priceless...

  • It's not a big deal if a later version's is better. Is the man who came up with the wheel barrow better than the man who came up with the wheel and the... large pot object. Therapy already had the outline of what to do. All they had to do was improve, not actually create.

  • This version is neither better nor worse than the original one, it's just different. I like both.

  • fuck yeah this video rulezzzz god dawn what a memories please 90,s come back

  • great band, started to listen to them this morning after years of being away...

  • no.

  • i know a whole lot of their songs, but i was pretty much like a bag of potatoe myself (and so were all of my friends), because the thing was so boring, that it didn't make me move my mouth or my feet at all

  • well I don't know. maybe it was because the gig was in Hungary and they didn't really care much about it. i don't know. but the whole thing sounded as if some high-school tribute band with no musical talent or knowledge would be trying to do their songs. i don't remember if there were too many screwups, i would rather say the whole performance was just FLAT. no life, no energy, no nothing. flatter than on the album, although live performance should be just the opposite

  • does anyone else think they're worse than crap live? i was so eager to see them last summer, cause i love their albums, but the gig was pretty much F minus, or rather G. huge disappointment, but i still like the albums, and this song as well

  • @tolvajakos nah, ive seen them 3 times, i'll admit one was a little disappointing, cos it was in a small club, sound quality sucked and the whole crowd stood there like bags of potatoes cos no-one seemed to know their songs, but the band still gave it their all in there. also went to their 20th anniversary thing in london last year which was one of the best gigs ive ever been to :) was so good

what was so bad about the gig you saw?

  • two more weeks and i'm seeing them again after 14 years.........

  • This actualy feels darker than the Joy Division original

    Realy gets under my skin

    I love it

  • oh man, thanks so much for uploading this video. Troublegum was one of the most strange punk/metal records ever made, good thing it came out in the 90s. Before or after it wouldn't be appreciated as it was: an intelligent record for intelligent headbangers! Thanks Therapy?!!!!!

  • better than the original

  • @wimvanlaeree Get real mate, nowhere near as good as the original an I'm a HUGE Therapy fan

  • i was lookin 4 this song 4 so long finally thanks i love this band ......please go back 80 pleaase

  • don't like this.

  • I love the way Fyfe Ewing, the drummer (and founder of Therapy? btw), is dressed in this video. So. Bad ass. Yummy.

  • @sanjurodog gay?

  • @alexhamster1134 No. Does that disappoint you Pal? Guess you'll just have to go back to wrapping your hamster in duct tape. When it comes to this, you get what you deserve. lol

  • @sanjurodog you leave my hamster out of this :p

  • nice try. original's much better

  • Wicked.

  • Dear Therapy,

I admit your version is catchy but you shouldn't touch songs that shouldn't touched.

  • brilliant

  • Both great bands. I just hate Joy Division covers.

  • black and white so much between ...

    great vid ...

    great song ...

    great performance ...

    .

    tthanks for showin ...

  • wow fuckin wow magic cover

  • good days

  • Ohh Yea! I can always use a little Therapy? and I'm not talking about those bullshit head Docters either.

  • Very true!

"Therapist" breaks down into 2 words:

    1 - The

    2 - ...

  • What a great song with amazing lyrics, thanks to Ian Curtis (RIP!)

  • shame your chicken won't fit then. Oh sorry...Cock

  • These guys rock, evolution, love, life, technology, vote libertarian, long live the free market, cars are crashing...

  • troublegum still owns

  • I totally get you.. it is hard to accept when a newer band comes out with a better version.. I understand your deception..

don't worry! Joy Division is still a great band.

  • @tortelli Great retort it pisses over Joy division's version like metallica would say SAD BUT TRUE

  • @tortelli A new band?????????

You people are crazy this song is from the mid 90s when therapy? were becoming awesome!

  • @Harrysound but the original dates the early 80's..

  • best band i saw at oxegen

  • Rock on. :)

  • One of the best covers ever recorded.

    Obviously.

  • bring on oxegen.. cant wait to see them!

  • neil cooper (therapy? drummer) is my drum teacher :P

  • just recently been turned onto this band by readin them as being influences fr a few great bands of today like the answer, i ave to say joy division seems to be an influence in this tune particularly in the verses.....fr more great modern music check out The Answer, superb pure rock n roll band that deserve to be counted among the greats free led zep etc. they are just as gud,

  • It sounds like a Joy Division song because it IS a Joy Division song. Bless X

  • that made me laugh the dumbass

  • Joy Division rules!

  • There's no percentage high enough to express how good your statement is.

  • They are the Support Band of die ärzte

in Linz in Austria in June!!!

There are 2 great bands on one day!!!

  • Therapy? are so much better than Die Ärzte...anyway.

See them in four days in Cologne...yeah.

  • I am on the gig in Berlin this upcoming Monday, this is gonna be fucking awesome. Never been on a Therapy? gig

  • Therapy? are a great live band. Have seen them many times. The new album is pretty good. Their best since ten years, in my opinion.

Have fun in Berlin...it will be fucking awesome. :p

  • Getting back together? I didn`t think they`d ever split up??

  • they didnt that guy knows nothing...

  • they are still around! they just released a new album ffs lol

  • lmao saunciefancie you fecking eejit!

  • I miss this band so so SO SO much I seen them live at tattoo the planet In Ireland years ago, they were brilliant.

Whats the story with them getting back together???

  • oh my god what a great Joy Division cover.. I really like it =)

  • Andy's glare is creepy. awesome :]

  • Who gave Dante from Clerks a guitar? Ghastly.

  • @Fauxpat I laughed, you utter fucking genius!

  • Joy Division and Ian are masters to me,but this Therapy? version of this song is a lot better than the original, more anger, more noise, more pain, more hate!!!!

  • so true! totally agree with you

  • when this was played live no1s feet were touching the floor

  • Has anyone seen the original Therapy? vid for this - it was fucked up & way better - really edgy - they had someone (A girl I think) imprisoned & were pissing on her & gennerally being nasty, not that I think thats "Good Behaviour" but it really enhanced the lyrics. It was on mtv for 5mins then the next tiome I saw the video it had been changed for this:(

  • Best Joy Division cover!

    Great Therapy?

  • nice!!

  • Never knew this was a JD cover when i first heard the Therapy? version years ago.

They do make it their own though.

  • deff the BEST Joy Division cover ever! TY for postin =)

  • best band to ever come from n-ireland

  • guess wat no one gives a fuck

  • @spudsucker

the lads in therapy probably do though

  • Dont listen too em, be proud! (But let this be a lesson in how mean the net is)

    PS

that other guy is kinda right though!

  • wtf why am i getting negatives for no fucking reason? you fucktards...

    Tom¬_¬

If at first you dont succeed pretend that you never tried

  • nice

  • <3 Joy Division, one of my fave bands..but they have so much better songs, this ain't sumthin(original)..this is sooo much better..agree on improvement comment :)

  • I can't stand the original version, I don't consider this a cover, I consider it an improvement. I saw Therapy? in concert twice in DC. They were fraking awesome! Bought us drinks before the show and everything. They played this song and things went crazy.

  • UR RITE THAT IS THE COVER a love it

  • Best.cover.ever

  • Superb band. Check all their albums out especially 'Never apologise, never explain'.

  • David Brent can rock too. Fact.

  • Excellet cover!

  • yep.

  • great cover.

  • Nice cover, but I prefer the original.

  • good call. great cover though. 'pleasure death' and 'babyteeth', and to a lesser extent 'nurse' were great though (early albums were rough, just like jd would have been live).

  • I can also hear a bit of Atrocity Exhibition in there - two JD cover versions for the price of one

  • I've been looking for this song!!

    thanks!

  • So cute... Andy looks like a Teddy Bear!

  • Lest we forget that Therapy? still rock. Find "one cure fits all," indulge through listening...then await their next album

  • Great version, even better than the original....just my opinion.

  • Que canción y que época! Mediados de los 90's! Gracias por colgar éste video hermano.

  • savage, this band had some great tunes

  • one of the few cover versions that are better than the original, really

  • no way but not bad at all

  • actually, i've heard a fair few that are better than the original. more often than not it's because of improved production (see bullet for my valentine's creeping death)

  • Immaculate ?

  • like the vid, prefer teh original joy divsion but they dun a gd job favouriting thsi coz im just gettin in to this band and wana find as much as possible :P

  • A great cover.Therapy? took the song shaped it to their own musical style, but yet the singing reminds something from the original.

  • my early years nice sing

  • nice Joy Division's cover

  • nice song.

  • Awesome!!! Great album and excellent band. I wish more songs from Troublegum gets uploaded! ^^

    Thanks, MelomanoAntiguo for upload.
