Although one cannot really see it, but this video has been taken on a bullock cart...it says in Krsna book, chapter 24 about the Vrajavasis at Goverdhana puja: "Keeping the cows in front, they began to circumabulate Goverdhana hill. The gopis dressed themselves luxuriantly and sat in bull-driven carts, chanting the glories of Krsna's pastimes."
