@pronation1 yes you can gain mass with just dumbells. A rough guide would be 8-12 reps with 3 sets Train a muscle group about 1-2 times a week. You can do curls for biceps, pushus and dips for triceps situps and reverse crunches for abs squats for quads pullups for lats. There are numerous other exercises that you can research for specific muscles that is just a basic list. If you are looking to burn fat weight lifting will do that but cardio such as running will help to increase the weight loss
I served 4 years in the marines, and we had a lot of PT studs. I will argue that even in the military the average is no where near 60- 90 .. 60 at the top maybe but your crazy... 90 pushups
DO NOT train every day, maximum every 2 days especially if you're only 14
I find that working myself til my muscles literally can't take another pushup is the best way, and doing about 3 sets with 60 seconds rest between each set
