nice vid but i agree look for vids without subs it makes a big difference and try to use a more variety scenes it makes a bigger impact when u dont repeat scenes over and over :)
Gotta sync more and watch out with the effects. Me with Vegas I usually edit raw. With what you use, focus on the sync and not random effects. The better the program, the more you could use the effects to make a point. If you want one, I could point you in the right direction. If not, just continue practicing, you're getting better
