thats is a summit x pipe junction. i went to a muffler shop and had it custom welded up because at the time headman didnt have a whole bolt up system. those are 1 5/8 headman headers long tube

hey dude what size belt did you use on that car. i have a 889 mustang with a edelbrock intake 1.7 roller rockers mass air conversion with 3.73 gears and a 150 shot of the huffer runs 12.60 on slicks. i took the ac off and i want to run the belt the same way as yours. that car sound bad ass mines straight headers right now waiting on the mac prochamber with mac mufflers
Yeah man, fuck EFI... don't do it - it's a pain in the ass to go from EFI to carb, so why would you go back? I know kids who've spent 2500 on parts alone and still can't get into the 12's with their EFI systems.
Bahhh, fuck EFI. i run a carbed 89 notch - thing's fuckin nasty. efi is beat because you can't do much with it yourself... at least with a carb i can set my shit up to my preference with a screw driver. PLUS, it's cheaper to build a carbed motor rather than an EFI. I love my carb - fantastic set up. (check out my video if you want.. wait about a minute in for the idle to drop and the cam to start loping)
my buddy has the mustang im planning on getting one a 88-92 mustang i use to be a die hard camaro guy but i like em all now he is getting that car he dont have it yet but when i get my stang i will post it i will let you know when he gets it go to modularpowerhouse he has an 86 right now gtlx

like i told svtlightning218. in mississippi there are not a lot of tuner shops like on the east coast and midwest, the carb setup has kicked a many ass at a much cheaper price but i plan on switching back to EFI because i have big plans that a carb wont suit. Stay tuned

thanx i got those tailights because i like the way it goes with the black and red scheme of my car but, everyone has their own opinion about those tailights, some like to keep it original and some like to push the envelope. Long as you like mustangs i dont care

That's next on my list. The stock clutch fan on my car is about shot. They say that the electric fans will give you a few horses and will let it rev faster, that's a bonus!
True, im getting rid of my water pump for a electric one. Every littte bit counts. Parasitc drag takes away a lot or horsepower thats why i took off the a.c. and all that shit. but my car is only driven on the weekend so it doesnt mattter
yea its a hell of a lot better than the stock clutch fan. But when its a 100 degrees in mississippi and you are doing a lot of stop and go it might creep up to around the 195 to 200 mark in city traffic, but on the highway it always cruises at 180 or less

Mac exhaust sounds good too. that monte carlo ss that my friend has on here under my screename has mac mufflers on it but he has and x pipe and tailpipes on his.
