I recently watched a documentary, My Reincarnation, which portrayed the Dalai Lama in such a different way than usual. As a Indian-born Catholic who is also interested in Buddhism, I would like to know the claim to fame this man has. Just like the Catholic Pope, he lives a life of luxury and preaches about suffering and humility. Heck, if I was living a life of luxury, I would also be as spiritual and philosophical as these guys. Both of them are political tools in the hands of the west. Time for people to think objectively rather emotionally!

I know someone who has visited him in India. The computers are old because they don't have much money. I'm sure spending money on giving Tibetans a proper education outside Tibet is a priority for him.

an article that is amusing to me comes up. But really its sad as some people get fooled by communist party LIES. And if he doesn't travel cattle class on planes I say good luck to him because my experience of cattle class was poor so I would rather not travel.

Shouldn't I be getting some awards right now? Can you tell me one reason why this guy even deserves any award? All he does is lectures people about right and wrong, is afraid to criticize his masters (USA), who keep using him as a propaganda tool. What is so special about him? His holiness? what makes him holy and why am I not holy too?
