a blind faith reunion is impossible unless we backpeddled about 25 years to when rick grech wasn't dead and ginger baker was healthy also winwood has no want or need to reincarnate the band since their solo careers are money makers enough
I called Rockline in 1985 when Steve was on promoting Back in the Highlife and my question to him was if there was any possibility of a Blind Faith reunion? I have been waiting a long time!
So sad that you have to make a disclaimer. Why can't we just enjoy a common love of music without fear of being called a racist. Too many times that label is used by one group to intimidate another group. Many times unfairly. Winwood rawks!
my Dad went to the Cream reunion and even said this was better. And well, I mean I remember him calling us and I heard some and loved it. But this was special and I really dig this song now.
Nice soloing by Steve and Eric. They dovetail effortlessly and overlay perfectly. Might seem pretty ho hum, but it's epic. To be played again and again.
Oh my God....here from Brasil, far from this concert, from England, Winwood and Clapton I'm very happy wathcing this video and very surprised seeing Clapton and Winwood so youth and fresh, so touchinhg, lyric....thank very much for this video!...long life for them!!!
I've been following Clapton since he was in Cream (I started guitar in '67 because of him) and I also have to say this is THE BEST concert I have ever seen him play in - it is perhaps the best concert I was ever at as well - Double Trouble had me literally in tears. Long live and play Eric! You are THE MAN!!
@bmberliner Eric Clapton is my Higher Power my dream came true when I saw him live I was way up in the nose bleed section he looked like a little spec. I cried the whole time I was so thrilled to be in the same building wiith him but, if I had been closer I surely would have jumped on the stage. So I guess it was all good but, I think I would pay top dollar to see him closer. and still bawl my eyes out. Amazing Man amazing life a true inspiration to us all...................................
Önce ruhunu ve bedenini ÖZGÜR bırakmayı dene... ÖZGÜRLÜK sorgunda!!!... Birileri değişmek zorunda... Yoksa nasıl çıkar karanlıklar aydınlığa!!!... Muhteşem performansta... Ritm ruhu hisseden yüreklere... Yürekten... Yüreğe.... SEVGİYLE...

I was lucky enough to see Blind Faith at the Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver in August 1969. I still remember the incredible feeling from this song...

dammit I wish I could've seen this show.
at least I have the live album.
BTW who considered only Cocaine the highlight of the show?
THE WHOLE SHOW WAS AMAZING. Out of Double Trouble, Pearly Queen, Tell The Truth, Had To Cry Today and Sleeping In The Ground, you pick just Cocaine?

This is too good for youtube only. Got to get this in a decent audio version. Are they planning on a live album from this tour?

I have pretty much the rest of the concert too :-) Never converted it, but the sound quality came out excellent, though i was like 200 feet away

Long Live Stevie Winwood - the most soulful non AfroAmerican singer - and I say that without any discrimination!

I'm African American and I agree. My wife does not like rock but she likes his voice.
