Looks like an anvil cloud to me, I saw one from a plane once and passed right under it, but I've never seen one on the ground, quite awesome!! These ''special'' clouds form when hot air raises but cant go any further because there is even hotter layer of air above it, so the less hotter air stretches beneath the upper layer becoming such cloud.

Well i dont know if thats even possible but thats what she said, i have no clue but it does seem pretty strange, ty for the upload!

I'm not a rocket scientist, however it looks like evidence of HAARP being used....it can cause earthquakes and control weather patterns and create hurricanes on Land and the kind of winds and tornado's like when they wiped Joplin MO. off the map I believe as a demonstration of just how much power and control the TPTB have. So my prayer is that they use all this power for the Good of Mankind even though it may look scary like those clouds not exactly friendly looking are they...great video! =)

Well, if you actually payed some attention to the meteorological phenomena, you'd see it too. These clouds appear now and then. They are rare, but they are a product of nature. What you need is a turbulent atmosphere with lots of water and a local warm area above which hot air rises.

When there is warm air in a cloud it can't get up in the air because there is an other cloud above it with more warmth holding it up and than the wind can't get trough it because of that the wind blows it in a mushroom...
