    Perhaps the tava is too hot when u pour the batter,try keeping the tava on low flame when u pour the batter, then keep the tava on high flame after u spread the batter for crispy dosas.

  • my dosa come okay in terms of taste but i can never make it spread the way you did, that is whenevr i put the batter in the centre it gets dry and stiks to my laddle while i am spreading. Please tell me what is the secret behind the perfect spreading of the batter.

  • I love this recipe. Indian is easily my favorite ethnic food and this is my favorite dish.
