  • I just uploaded a song by my brother called, Grow a Garden. With a video made by myself. If you want to see it, search for Davidmatik and Grow a Garden. (My brother's name is Joe Avery). I hope it works as an inspiration. Go gardens!

  • your garden is really tidy. good to see you have so many things on the go at once - nice and healthy looking too. i myself have tomatoes, lettuce, coriander, strawberries, mint, carrots, potatoes and even cress! do you plan to cook any of it once it's done?

  • @mildredsmittens I might grill the odd tomato mate. The beans will be cooked and the ones I don't eat frozen. The basil will live on the windowsill, the strawberries will get eaten as they are picked. The rhubarb get's turned into crumble at my in-laws, the carrots get stewed and diced for salads, the beetroot - some boiled, some pickled, but the leaves eaten fresh. The Radish get eaten leaves and all fresh when picked and the onions go into stews/salads. Spuds will be boiled, baked or stewed.

  • @mildredsmittens At the end of the growing season everything that can be preserved, cooked or frozen will be, the rest will be composted or binned, unless I can save it for next year. Keep your seeds!!! :-)

  • looks great! keep on growing!

  • @growingyourgreens Cheers John, all the best mate.
