another comparison is that both Data and Spock are resurrected as well. and yes, Data truly does manifest from B4 beyond the movie's ending, as is shown in the canon story line of Star Trek Online as the subsequent Captain of the Enterprise E after Picard. Data died for your sins!

What bothered me most about the wedding scene is that Worf doesn't even seem to care that Troi is marrying Will even though they were banging each other at the end of Season 7. I know he married Dax and all, but still, you'd think he'd still have some kind of feelings for Troi.

What they should have done is show how the characters have gotten older. Have it be about Worf's relationship with his son Alexander--who would be an adult Klingon by then. Give Riker his own ship. Dress up Troi in some kind of dignified Betazoid grandma outfit.

This review is very opinionated but to be fair most reviews are never objective. Im not sure if the reviewer was going for strictly comedy instead of seriously reviewing a StarTrek franchise film but to drag on about how much he disliked it for 30 mins seems tedious and unneeded. In my honest opinion of course it could of been a lot better mainly for the reason it is suppose to be the last of the TNG movies but the battle scene was great and acting was spot on to. blame writers for the blunders.

I'll be honest adn say I didn't hate Nemesis, though I AM sad it was the last TNG film.

I'm excited to see this new Abrams-verse (ST09 was flawed, yes, but undeniably fun, and it's great to see the classic Crew and Enterprise back, so I think it's silly to call it a travesty just yet, it was fun, let's see where it goes, people, reign in the fanboy a bit, eh?) but ST: TNG needed a better ending...this is a "C" Trek film.

TOS went out with trek VI, an A+...TNG needs one last hurrah!
