Well yes, jeffy242, the lyrics are trite and lack a stream of consciousness, but i think lyrics become overused because we all as humans experience the same range of emotions. Music, being art, is the expression of those emotions, not how well you put them into words. (i.e. Picasso!) ART is causing others to feel and understand what you feel.

Granted: not all music is art. Some people with no talent and no creativity use this song's style to get money and women quick, and artistic ppl can see through their motives. but who am i to judge someones talent if they are singing from the heart? bc thats what really matters.

Oh and F*CK autotuning vocals. Leave them raw and original so you can FEEL WHAT HE IS FEELING. not what his producers computer is feeling. Computers make accurate pitches, Humans make art. But thats just my opinion.
