Sicily is actually a great faction to play, Knights of Hospitaller are very fast to aquire and one of the best in the game, plus you have the Pope protecting you from Northern invaders.
I would like sicily to be better. they are quite weak, apart from the uber Italian militia. The norman knights, the most renowed knights of the age and the coolest unit in the game is actually WEAKER than feudual knights. It's a shame...
actually norman knights are more powerful than feudal knights, if you're taklking about the mounted versions, the dismounted versions have the exact same stats as the dismounted feudals.
if u play custom i uprgarde them to make them what they should ut yeah on campaign its a shame. sicily is quite an iterestinga faction in this period.
You should study some History...in 1186 the queen Costanza d'Altavilla merried the HOLY ROMAN EMPEROR Henry VI. From that moment the empire and Sicily were united. Hios son was Frederick II STUPOR MUNDI and the capital of the empire under is reign was palermo.

Then we're playing different games. It clearly states that The Feuduals have higher defence and morale. Both mounted and dismounted.
