We still have a lot of pain in the ass registration for other things, and we are a may issue ccw state, most of the times denied. So we won the battle, but the war continues.
@fredjustsucks I believe the 10 rd mag law also effects rimfire guns as well. The requirement for a fixed mag does not apply to rimfire guns with pistol grip or other characteristics. As for everything else you said very well stated.
why do you keep a mag in the unloaded gun? wouldnt it be faster to use if you didnt have to dump an empty mag before you load it?
