  • I know some of my strait friends assume I look at sexy guys like Scott solely as eye candy, but the truth is looking at a guy in as good of shape as Scott & other fit folks has helped motivate me, because it shows me what I can achieve with some effort, discipline, & consistency. I struggle sometimes, because I may suffer muscle soreness longer than most people, as I suffer from peripheral nerve disorder, due to a defect in my skull. Even then, I have finally ran 2 miles the other day.

  • You know, with all the halfhearted exercise videos, and those with poor production values, not to mention those with misinformation, we should be grateful to have someone who is both entertaining & informative. So, I fail to see why folks post negative comments. I mean, its rare to see strait guys in Scott's field support the gay community, & gay causes. I think complements on his body are one thing, hitting on him, innuendos&stuff are uncalled for, how would folks feel if he ended his channel?

  • Im 14 and when i go to the gym me and my friend will take the medicine ball, 5kg one. and while standing with a 1 meter distance from each other, we'll use our body strength and force it into our arms smashing the ball into the other ones abs and go back and forth, as many times as you can. thats crazy for abs we saw results after 3 workouts already.

  • Waste of time. You are better off with a heavy bag and weights. The medicine ball is best used for ab smashing. Get your mate to smash you in the abs while you lie on the mat.

  • If you've got access to a TRX system in your gym grab a medicine ball, shorten the straps a bit, perform squats holding the TRX handles with the medicine ball between your knees. Great workout to tighten the quads, plus the TRX helps you up

    (If you've had knee injuries this is good)

  • These are pretty good, the first excercise is not for beginners. If your throwing a 10 pound ball up behind your head , make sure you catch it. I've come close to getting hit in face as it comes down. That could hurt.

  • he is wrong when you breath when you are doing the sit ups. you should inhail when you come up, then exhail when you are going down, while you are going down you should be pulling you stomic towards your spine.

  • @DaveySch Yea it is lol. I'm taking an adult fitness at the local highschool until I get a gym membership and our instructor has us do those. 10reps on each side and 2 sets (part of a circuit). I'm the youngest participant...20. Next age is maybe 42 lol.
