I think that something should be done in the law to make it so that anyone who buys shares in businesses, those businesses have to promise to pay there shareholders the dividends they deserve, otherwise it sounds to me in Telstra's case judging from this video they've just taken there shareholders money, and that to me sounds like stealing.
