OH my gosh! I am so excited that I found this. I was one of the USA Cheerleaders! The experience was so great, even with the rain! This is so great because I don't even have a picture from the parade.
Thanks - I'm glad you found the video useful. If I remember rightly, it only started raining towards the end of the parade. I hope to be there again for 2009 (only 4 months away!), and will certainly book a seat in the covered grandstand again - it was worth the money!
ahhh omg so i'm not in this parade but i'm from hawaii and my school is going to this parade next year 2009, all girls marching band and i'm so excited :D
I shall book my seat for next year's parade, and look forward to seeing you perform. I hope the weather is not too bad - you might be in for a rude surprise if you come from Hawaii!

I have to say that staying in London was a wonderful experience for me and that I look forward to returning one day to do some movie filming out there. Thanks again for posting the video. I agree with him above. Thank you so much for posting this video! Everyone enjoyed London. It was worth leaving sunny California, and believe me almost, if not, everyone would do it all over again. I wish we could! Haha, yea, right as we stepped off it started raining. But even with the rain, it was the most entertaining and funnest parades I have ever done,including the Rose Parade. Thank You again. I'll stop my rambling now hahah.
Thanks so much for your video. My daughter is one of the Drum Majors with all the "American Cheerleaders" and try as we might were unable to get a video of parade.This was quite a treat for us to see her!
I have just added two more videos with some other footage. The very last items were motorbikes and a Routemaster bus, but I did not film them, as I am not a motorbike or bus fan.
